Emília’s villa

Tjis is a small house, but it presents a set of very important decisions made in its design.

The first one is to bring the building closer to the north-west facade in order to integrate a bigger garden in the direction of the best views.

The second one is to not build the maximum amount of surface present in regulations, which allows for a bigger garden and the ability to adapt the building to the plot's topography.

The third is to displace a part of the ground floor in order to create an entrance in the southeast facade and a sense of protection in the garden. The entrance is enhanced with the presence of slightly inclined white shell, also present in the garden to enhance the sense of protection.
