MPPGM Opening of Josep Pallach’s street

The plan modification for the opening of Josep Pallach's street in Viladecans has the goal of connecting Roureda's avenue with Santa Creu de Calafell's street.

This modification was needed when it was decided to implement numerous protection housing units around the affected area. The importance of having all these projects properly connected was the main factor that justified the opening of Josep Pallach. At the same time, this modification improves the connectivity of theses units with "la placeta de les Flors" public space and the public school IES Miramar, creating a more complete and complex network.
