Residential building Joaquim Valls

The project is located in a corner of Barcelona's Prosperitat neighborhood. The staggered volume is taken advantage of to link the height of Pablo Iglesias street, with the "village" buildings of Carrer de Joaquim Valls.

On the other hand, the large openings include, with the different layers that make them up, solar control, privacy, acoustics, thermal and visual functions. Only with a single architectural solution, all functionalities and user comfort are taken care of.
